This policy outlines the warranty terms, what is covered, what is not, and additional guidelines to help you get the most from your new website.
What is covered by the 30-Day warranty?
Upon the handover of your final deliverable, a 30-day warranty period begins. During this time, Launch 123 will address any issues originating from our work at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your website performs as intended without unexpected issues.
Here are examples of what is covered under our warranty:
- Bug fixes: Resolving any coding errors or functionality issues directly related to our initial work.
- Performance issues: Fixing any problems that prevent the website from running smoothly, such as loading errors or broken links (provided these issues stem from our work).
- Display issues: Correcting any formatting errors across supported browsers as agreed upon in the project scope.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
While our warranty is comprehensive, there are limitations. Changes outside of the original project scope, as well as issues arising from external sources, are not covered. Examples include:
- Feature additions: Requests for new features, pages, or layout changes not included in the original project scope.
- Content updates: Adding or replacing text, images, or other media after handoff.
- Browser updates: Defects that arise from new versions of primary browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari) after the website has been handed over.
- Client or third-party changes: Any alterations made by individuals not employed or approved by Launch 123. This includes installing plugins, changing code, or modifying site structure.
Warranty termination due to third-party changes
To maintain the integrity of your website, we strongly recommend that only our team make changes during the warranty period. If any third party or unapproved person accesses or modifies the website during the 30-day warranty period, the warranty will be voided. This measure helps prevent issues introduced by external changes, which can complicate troubleshooting.

To request warranty support:

- Include relevant screenshots, URLs, or error messages, if applicable, to help us understand and resolve the problem swiftly.

After the warranty period
Once the 30-day warranty period ends, any additional fixes or updates will be treated as a new service request. We’re always available to discuss maintenance or ongoing support options and can provide a custom plan to suit your needs.
